welfare is a waste of tax dollars

Why is it that people on welfare are allowed to have kids? If you cant feed them, don't breed them! I work my ass off to pay taxes for people to sit at home on their asses all day playing PS2, drink 40oz's, and buying new rims for their rides. Wait, they could be working, is this the work that American's won't do, that we always hear about. Take away the welfare and these people will have to learn to work and make an honest living! Can't eat if you ain't got food! Time for welfare reform, give it to those who really need it!
